I'll quote one of the mods answers for you: Systems below spec, can never be expected to work though. Providing information and crash dumps is the only way that bugs can be fixed. There's a world of difference between the crashing on systems that are below spec and those caused by bugs on systems that meet spec. Whether it is that or something else, either way you should send your crash dump files so they can try and work on the problem
If that's the problem effecting you, you'll need to play offline until the bug is fixed. There's a bug for certain network connections that for some reason makes the game crash. Whether you do or not, can you try running the game with your network connection disabled?
